Finally, a place to live!

     Jeff and I finally found an apartment to live in and we are beyond thrilled! It is a cute little one room apartment with two balconies and appliances already installed. To top it all off, the bedroom is large enough to fit my ginormous bedroom suit!!! If you understood how attached I am to my furniture, then you would understand. Things seem to be falling in place just right and we are so thankful for that. I cannot wait to start decorating my own place=] Household showers are coming up, which will be really fun getting all of this free stuff. Our Engagements pictures turned out amazing, as well as my Bridal pics. Shannon Byrd and Marty Rogers are two very talented photographers and I love doing shoots with them. My future mother-in-law, Diana, has worked her booty off getting the Limrock shower together and buying decorations that she knows I love! She is SOO sweet and hilarious and I am so glad she's going to be my mom=] I may make it sound like its been easy this whole time, but it really has been super stressful. There are nights when I lay in bed and things start rolling through my mind of what I have to get done. You can tell that Jeff and I are stressed too because we are fussing more at each other now haha! But we love each other and we get over it soon enough. I am so thankful he puts up with me and my meanness because I am sure I can be a handful at times=] In the end, we know that the stress will be worth it.

Jeff's Proposal

Jeff proposed to me on March 5, 2011 right before we went to church. I had no idea he was going to do it that day, but I was so glad that he did. I get to marry this man August 12, 2011 and I cannot wait!

Thankful!

Jeff here. I am so thankful for my life. The Lord has blessed me so much!! I worked at Dollar General for six months and I needed a job with more hours and I managed to get a job at Wal-mart but I wasn't getting any more hours plus I hardly got to church!! So I heard that Maples was hiring on the first shift so I went down and put in an application and they called me the next day. I went for my interview today and I got the job! It is Monday through Friday 6-2:30! I had asked prayer at church Sunday I know my brothers and sisters were praying for me =] I thank you Lord. I will finish up at Northeast on Aug 9th and get married on the 12th! Safe to say my life is going at a whirlwind pace!! I have finals in 3 weeks and so much work to do but I love my life and I love the way that God has blessed it, with the most amazing person in the world, Lizzy Nell Rice =] I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her!

4/17/2011- Packing

So today I started packing away and boxing up things I plan to use for when I marry Jeff! Thanks to my Aunt Trish, I have 2 large boxes full of Tupperware. Along with Tupperware, I now have a juicer, blender, and fondue maker....thanks mom and dad! Our neighborhood has a yard sale coming up, so I have been going through EVERYTHING and figuring out what I want to sale (this will be great for money saving). While going through all of my things, I came across old planners and notebooks that I doodled in during class. I think its safe to say that all they boy's names I put hearts around, Jeff is by far they best one, no competition needed. My life feels like it has been put in fast forward with all the wedding planning, moving to Alabama, and finishing up at MTSU. Although it has been very hectic and stressful, I am enjoying every minute of it =] Now it is time to get ready for church and go thank the Lord for all he has done for me, my family, and my future with Jeff<3
